All items are made from wood or wooden components. They are 100% ecological and are EU certified. All items we distribute and sell are made in Europe (Ukraine), we don’t sell Chinese manufactured items.

No, you don’t need any special tools, glue or other chemicals to assemble our 3D puzzles. You will receive your package with an instruction book, how to assemble mechanical puzzles. Details are already cut and ready to assemble.

Yes, our 3D puzzles and toys are suitable for kids and as well for grown-ups. However, WE STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND to leave your younger kids unattended, when assembling 3D puzzles, because each package contains small parts, not suitable for kids under 3 years old. Please, visit our store and choose suitable puzzles, according to difficulty of assembling. For younger kids please refer to our kids section.

You can pay with a credit or debit card, Visa and Master Card. We use PayPal as payment processor, but you don’t need a PayPal account to pay- you can use your credit card.

Delivery is FREE if your order is over €99. For orders below €99 we charge €15 delivery fee for standard delivery within most European countries. For detailed shipping costs per country – please refer to our Delivery chart here. For countries outside the EU we charge €25 delivery fee (please refer for full costs to the mentioned chart), if the order is below €120.

Our couriers are fast! If you live in one of the major metropolitan areas, then your package will usually be delivered within 7 work days. In other areas it can take up to 9 work days. You will receive info on how to track your package once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Yes, it is possible choose another delivery address when you place your order.

Your order from Wgears.eu can be shipped just about anywhere in the world. On the delivery page you can see which countries we ship to and how many days the delivery takes.

If your order has not yet been packaged then you can of course change your order. The best thing to do would be to send an e-mail to customer service at store@wgears.eu. N.B.! We package your order as quickly as possible, so make sure you e-mail us as quickly as possible.

You send back the goods together with your return form on which you write your order number and how you want to have your credited amount refunded, e.g., with another product, a gift certificate or if you want your money back.

N.B.! If you are lodging a complaint about a product, you should contact us ahead of time so that we can send you a return address label! As our customer, you are responsible for return shipping charges if you return a working product. Save the receipt for the package that you send back to us.

All packages are processed as they are received, and then an e-mail is sent to the customer. It can take up to 14 days for your money to be returned or a new product to be sent off. During the holidays when we have a lot to do, it can take up to three weeks before you have your money back on your card or you receive your new product. If it seems to be taking more time than this, you can contact customer service at store@wgears.eu.

Always contact customer service first via e-mail: store@wgears.eu. Kindly state your order number when contacting customer service. Then we can find the best solution for you! This applies both when a product is defective upon arrival or if it has become defective within the guarantee period.
